While we take the utmost care in crafting, packaging, and delivering each product, we understand that there may be times when things don’t go exactly as planned. Our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly—ensuring your concerns are addressed quickly and respectfully.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • It must include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at orders@petragifts.com, and include the following:

  • Your order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement, a repair (where applicable), or a full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

Please note that it may take additional time for the transaction to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as a wrong, damaged, or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance products
